Shipping & Delivery
We ship with UPS, Fedx, and USPS for door-to-door delivery service.

After receiving your payment, we will ship the order to you within 1-3 business days depending on the stock and the daily ordering conditions. Please contact us after 3 business days if you still do not have any shipping information. We may not reply to your inquiry regarding the shipment if you ask for the shipping information within 1-3 business days, as there may be many orders waiting on line.

We will inform you your shipment tracking number, and you can look up the delivery status with the tracking number at www.fedex.com, or USPS.com. Normal ground orders take between 3-6 business days before reaching their destination.

Orders placed requesting "flat rate" 5.00 shipping will be sent USPS priority mail.

We will make every effort to ship orders placed after 1:00PST requesting a rush service (fedex 2day, overnight, etc.) the same business day, but to ensure your rush order ships the same day, please place your order before 1:00PST.

Returns & Replacements
Product Return Policy
We are committed to meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please first carefully review the below outlined information, and then contact our Customer Service Department based on these instructions so that we may promptly assist you. 14 day money back guarantee on starter kits: We are so confident you will be satisfied with Vapure that we back it up with a 100% money back guarantee. If this product doesn't work for you we will return your money no questions asked, guaranteed! You can make a request for a refund through our Customer Service Department within 14 days from your purchase date at the contact information referenced below.
Payments made to honor the money back guarantee will be in the form of a check if cash was paid at the time of purchase. A completed return form must be filled out in order to be considered for a refund. Approved refund checks will be issued and mailed within 5 to 7 business days of reciept and approval of return form. Refunds on credit card purchases will be issued back to the card used at the time of original purchase within 5 to 7 business days of approval.


Warranty coverage: 6 month limited warranty:
Warranty coverage is extended to the original purchaser for personal use, for 6 months from the date of original purchase. This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred by the original purchaser to any other person or entity. Vapure products not purchased through an authorized Vapure ditributor or reseller are specifically excluded from warranty coverage. Vapure will, at it's sole option, repair or replace any component found to be defective per the terms of this warranty. Vapure must authorize the return of any defective parts per the terms of this warranty. Vapure warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 6 months after date of purchase. Exceptions to the warranty: The following items are specifically excluded from any warranty coverage: 1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than Vapure ; 2) misuse of the product in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions; 3) abuse or improper care/handling of the product 4) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; or 5) shipment of the product to Vapure for service or replacement Except as expressed herein, there shall be no other warranty or obligation, expressed or implied, oral or statutory. No agent, dealer, distributor, service company, or other party is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty. Once the Vapure starter set package and/or cartridges have been opened, they cannot be returned for a refund. Replacement or repair of product, therefore, is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your Vapure device fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow the steps below:
1. Email our Customer Service Department at customersupport@getvapure.com in order to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA#). Please label your email subject line, "Request for Return Material Authorization." In the body of your email, please include: (a) full contact information, including your first and last name and/or company name, (b) order number, purchase date, (c) telephone, fax, email address, shipping address and (d) the reason for the return, providing a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the device and/or any of its components. All of these information entries are required for processing your request.
2. Within 48 hours of our receipt of your email, our Customer Service Department will review the information you have provided and upon approval, email you back with a Return Material Authorization (RMA#). Please do not send any product to us until you have received your RMA#. Once you have received your RMA#, please securely package any parts found defective per the terms of this warranty and as authorized by the RMA# and include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Service Department indicating your RMA#. If you are experiencing an issue with a product component only, please do not send us your entire starter kit.

Ordering
Vapure product order forms request data from users including: Contact information such as name and shipping address; financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and billing phone number. The information is used for billing purposes and to verify that the customer is of legal age. this information is then used to fulfill orders. If we encounter any problems when processing an order, we may use this contact information to contact the customer. This information is harvested from a secure area and encrypted for our customers' protection.

Except where noted otherwise, the prices displayed for Vapure products represent the full suggested retail price listed on the product itself. If an item is offered for sale by other parties including one of our merchants, distribution agents, or independent sales representatives, the price may be set by that merchant. With respect to items sold by getvapure.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you complete an online order form. Please note that this policy applies only to Vapure products sold on the getvapure.com website and shipped by Vapure or its affiliates. If a third-party site quotes prices different from the getvapure.com website, your only remedy is to contact the third-party site to settle any dispute.
Viewing Orders
While customers are not required to register an account at getvapure.com to make purchases, we encourage registration for viewing and tracking orders, and participating in sales, discounts, or promotions when available. Only registered users will be able to view their order online using their registered account, and track shipments. Registered customers will also be able to participate in applicable sales, discounts, or promotions when available. If you are not a registered customer you can contact our customer service department at customerservice@getvapure.com for order and tracking information.
Updating Account Information
Once a customer has registered for an account by entering a valid user name and email address with password, the account dashboard will become available. The customer must log in to access their account dashboard. Once in the dashboard, customers can: Edit their account information including billing and shipping addresses, view orders and order status, review items in their cart, see reviews and product "tags", manage their product wishlist, and find newsletters when applicable.
